The Well-Being Concert Series emerged from a deep commitment to exploring profound connections between music, creativity, and personal well-being.

Recognizing that music has the capacity to soothe, energize, inspire, and transform, we set out to create an experience that extends beyond traditional concert programming. This series is designed to be a performance, as well as an artistic and communal journey, allowing attendees to freely engage with music in ways that support emotional resilience, self-reflection, and healing.

Missoula Well-Being Concerts offer immersive musical experiences designed to nurture self-care, mindfulness, and emotional health. By blending live performance with guided reflection and the option for creative expression through provided art supplies, this series fosters a shared healing environment rooted in the power of music to reduce stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation.

We invite you to step into this soul-nourishing space—where you can recline on mats or cushions and experience music as a tool for collective well-being.

The concerts utilize a nurturing environment with soft lighting, floor mats, and cushions. A host provides prompts for mindfulness and art supplies encourage attendees to engage creatively with the music.
